Role Description
You will provide professional leadership, support, and development to Corporate HR team members
You will work collaboratively with the SVP to advise and strategize on the development of effective employment policies across the Group and to ensure alignment of HR practices.
You will develop and manage Annual HR budgets and work plans for Corporate HR and provide guidance on HR budget planning for all other Departments within Corporate Services.
You will work collaboratively with the Corporate Marketing team to strengthen Employer Branding.

We expect the candidate to seek knowledge through online content, courses and online certifications. Bonus point if the candidate is involved with relevant professional communities and takes initiative to seek mentorship.
We expect candidates to clearly articulate the objective of the project, their role and contribution without leading to a long monologue. Beyond the relevance of the project and the candidate's role, we are also looking for the candidate's ability to establishing context and conveying a message simply to a different audience (you, the recruiter).
We expect to learn if candidates already feel confortable to jump into their new role or need a certain amount of training and coaching to be successful. We are also looking to hear about common challenges related to the job and working in a complex environment.
We expect to learn about team dynamics and the personality of the candidate. The best recruiters will be able to map out an equivalent of an MBTI/DISC assessment and extrapolate whether the candidate is a good fit for the team and the organization. Remember: diversity is key!
We expect to learn about very specific situations and take note for the hiring managers and hiring panel to consider the candidate's experience, ability to reflect and problem solving abilities.
