We expect the candidate to seek knowledge through online content, courses and online certifications. Bonus point if the candidate is involved with relevant professional communities and takes initiative to seek mentorship.
We expect candidates to clearly articulate the objective of the project, their role and contribution without leading to a long monologue. Beyond the relevance of the project and the candidate's role, we are also looking for the candidate's ability to establishing context and conveying a message simply to a different audience (you, the recruiter).
